Representation at VQFF

Like many other artistic spaces and industries, film and film festivals are working to catch up to a decades-long deficit in fair and authentic representation. VQFF turns inward to look at trends within our own programming from the last five years. How well are we doing when it comes to representation behind and in front of the camera, and where do we fit in in the industry?
