Young KitKat joins an underground gang of trans women who hold foreign men for ransom to fund their gender-affirming surgeries. Joice (Jervi Wrightson), the leader of the group, swiftly takes KitKat under her wing. KitKat moves amidst the vigilante group with hopes of belonging and becoming as resilient to daily discrimination. Meanwhile, the stakes grow higher for the rest of the women, who see the surgeries as the key to a better life.

Based on the true case of the “Warla Gang”, director Kevin Alambra, trans activists, and an all trans lead cast shift narrative power in this dark crime thriller.
