Out In Schools: Beyond SOGI Presentation

Join the Out In Schools team for a Beyond Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) presentation! Out In Schools delivered over 110 presentations in the last school year, and this is your chance to experience the work we do bringing queer film into classrooms and communities year-round and across BC. This 90-minute presentation, suitable for all audiences, will explore how film and media influence our understanding of and behaviour towards 2SLGBTQIA+ people. Whether you identity as part of the community or an ally, join us as we brush up on queer and trans media history, consider where we are now, and dream of how we can move forward. Audience questions and participation is encouraged!
