2025 Annual General Meeting

Join us virtually on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 7:00PM for the Out On Screen Annual General Meeting!

We invite you to share in dialogue and discuss further steps as a community. We are celebrating 37 years of illuminating 2SLGBTQIA+ lives and look forward to meeting with you all on a digital platform to discuss the future for Out On Screen.

This event is open to current voting and non-voting members of the Vancouver Out On Screen Film and Video Society.

All Voting Memberships purchased for the 2024 Vancouver Queer Film Festival are valid until June 5, 2025 at the closing of our AGM. All passholders automatically have a Voting Membership included as part of their pass. To attend and vote at the AGM, you must be a Member in good standing with a valid Membership within 30 days of the AGM.

The Zoom link for the AGM will be emailed to everyone who has registered to attend on Thursday, June 5 after 5PM. The event will be auto-captioned.

Any memberships conferred as a result of signing a partnership agreement with the Society are granted voting member status provided that those memberships are assigned to an individual aged 18 years or older, and issued between June 7, 2024 and May 6, 2025. Limited to one vote per partnership. Please register your organization’s assigned representative, including name and position (if applicable), by no later than May 29, 2024.
